Shipping policy

All orders received by noon central time are shipped the same day including Saturday.  Any order received after noon will ship the following morning.

Commercial First Class Mail shipping costs $1.99 on orders up to $74.99.   

Orders of $75 and over ship free via Priority Mail.

Smaller orders can be upgraded to Priority Mail shipping for $6.

 

Orders lost or stolen after delivery are the responsibility of the customer.  If your order is lost or stolen first please report it using USPS missing packages tools.   We can send you a replacement order at cost if desired, just contact CS@naturespetsupply.com for details.
