GastroElm Plus Helps Great Dane with Bleeding Ulcer
Posted by Michael Peterson on
This is Minnie Beatrice. She was in grave condition last fall. One injection of an NSAID prior to an urgent spay left her with a bleeding gastric ulcer. The ER hospital struggled to stabilize her—blood transfusion, fresh plasma and all their drugs.
I pleaded for them to start the Chinese herb Yunnan Baiyao. Which gratefully slowed the hemorrhaging. And then we introduced GastroElm Plus as I couldn’t stand the idea of the sucralfate and PPI. I emailed GastroElm Plus several time with questions and each response was thoughtful and kind.
I am ever grateful! Little by little Minnie turned the corner. We still give a half dose with her evening meal. Insurance and assurance! There are few supplements that I would call life-savers. GastroElm Plus is one of them!
With gratitude!
Brenda and Minnie Beatrice, Great Dane
